Halsnoy Norway

I was asked to judge the English Modena section at the Halsnoy hen pigeon show on October the 20th 2007. I was met at the airport and hosted by Jan and Gunn Heldal of Bergen and spent an enjoyable time both with Jan and his family but also judging and socialising with the Norway Modena men, a trip I will carry with me for ever.

  I thank the Norwegian Modena fanciers for asking me to give my opinion on their birds.

Best Modena was a Black adult Schietti cock of Bjorn Olsen

Best Opposite Sex a White adult hen Glen Gunnerson

Best Young Modena was a Bronze tri Schietti hen of Giesle Eide.
